What does the 10% fee include?
It covers the core management of the property, including listing management, pricing, reservations, guest communication, operational coordination, owner app access and reporting. External property expenses are charged separately.
Are guests really supported 24/7?
Our AI-powered assistant is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week for routine enquiries. Situations requiring judgement, physical assistance or personal intervention are escalated to the appropriate person.
Does every owner have a dedicated property manager?
Yes. Every owner is assigned a property manager who acts as their personal point of contact for questions, decisions and matters relating to their property.
What can I see in the owner app?
The owner app is available to every owner. From one place you can review reservations, calendars, revenue, expenses, cleaning, maintenance, incidents, documents and property performance.
Are the first-year DET fees included?
Eligible official fees may be covered when the property qualifies and the owner signs a minimum 12-month management agreement. Exact coverage is confirmed in writing.
Are returns guaranteed?
No. Short-term rental income depends on seasonality, demand, the property and market conditions, and we do not offer guaranteed returns. What we do offer is an individual assessment, professional management to position the property well, and transparent reporting of actual results.
