Are guests really supported 24/7?

How quickly does someone come to the property when there is a problem?

When a problem has to be solved physically at the property, our maintenance team attends within a maximum of one hour, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The repair itself is then coordinated and approved according to the limits set in the management agreement.

Does every owner have a dedicated property manager?

Yes. Every owner is assigned a property manager who acts as their personal point of contact for questions, decisions and matters relating to their property.

What can I see in the owner app?
